If you are not able to place an order online you can download an order form and send it to us via fax, post or email.
After placing an order online you instantly receive a confirmation email. When placing an order by phone, fax or email you will receive a confirmation email the same or next business day.
With the confirmation message you receive a unique order code that allows us to check the status of your order at any time.

Shipping methods
We offer shipping through Registered Priority Mail or Express. Parcels shipped as registered Priority Mail ususally arrive within 3-4 days, while Express Mail is slightly faster (1-2 days).
Please note that in some cases (depending on the size or weight of parcel) Express Mail is not always an option.
Insurance, discreet packing and labeling
All packages are fully insured against damage or loss in transit. All orders are packed discreetly, with only your address and a return address on the outside of the package. In order to qualify for the free insurance all ordered products must be legal in the country of the receiver. It is the responsibility of the buyer to check the legal status of ordered products in his/her country. If we are uncertain about the legality of ordered products in your country, we reserve the right to refuse your order.
